True friends remember your birthday...not your age!

Hello crafters.  Hope you are enjoying this Easter weekend.  Weather is cool, but sunny.  Going to craft a little today as well as prepare my menu for Easter dinner.

I have another birthday card to share with you today. One of my best friends celebrated her birthday on April Fool's Day.  For her, it was a milestone that she's not ready to handle.  I thought I'd make a sweet little card not even mentioning what year it is...cause true friends remember your birthday, not your age!!!!

Stamped 3 flower images on white cardstock and fussy cut 3 more.  Added pearl embellishments and embossed the background.  Image is from Stamps of Life.

Thanks for stopping by and visiting...I appreciate them all.

Happy Birthday Brother!

Hi crafters! Weather in Ohio is so crazy.  Sunday was 80 degrees and then it snowed on Tuesday...how crazy is that! One of these days it's going to get warm and stay.

Today I want to share a belated birthday card I made for one of my brothers.  I'm usually good about family birthdays, but life got in the way and it slipped by!

Paper used is by Bo Bunny.  I forgot where I got the camera image! Die-cuts by Spellbinders.

Thanks for stopping by and visiting...I appreciate them all.

A little under the weather...

Hello crafters!  How's life in your crafty world?  For me, well, I got my 35 year service anniversary award last week and have decided I'm going to give them 5 more years and call it quits!!! The countdown begins now!

With that said, I want to share with you a card I made for one of my sister-in-laws who just went through some outpatient surgery and wanted to make her feel better with a little card.

Paper used is MME.  Image is by Whippersnapper, colored with copics and added embellishments to look like water bubbles! Sentiment is from Stephanie Barnard, Stamps of Life.

Get Well Soon!

Hello crafters!  It's been a couple of weeks since I posted...just been way too busy with work and when I get home, I just want my bed!

Today I want to share a get well card I made for a good friend of mine who is dealing with a frozen shoulder and in a lot of pain.  I hope this card brings a smile to her face!

Used MME paper, copics to color the flowers, diecuts and sentiment by Unity Stamp Co.

Casino fun!

Hello crafters!  I do believe spring is right around the corner...what a beautiful weekend it's been here in Columbus, Ohio. Just to have the sun shining is good enough with me!

Wanted to share a card I made for one of my best friends, who celebrated her birthday this weekend.  We now have a couple of casinos in Columbus and on someone's birthday, we go there, have lunch or dinner and play for a few hours...all in fun and fun we had! I didn't win but that's okay, just being out with friends, laughing and joking is all good!

This is a Robert Jackson image I purchased...visit his site...there are some great digi images to choose from. I love my Cameo...who needs to buy dies when you can fussy cut an image so much easier with the Cameo!  Colored with copics and metallic markers, added bling for her ring!
