Assembly line cards!

OMG! I can't believe it's almost been a month since I posted anything.  Time just flies when you're busy. Today I have a couple of cards I made for a swap I've been participating in.

The first card was made using my new Brother Scan N Cut.  I used copics on both cards.  When I have to do a number of cards, I like to use the assembly line technique. This saves time when I go to assemble the cards.  I stamped the flower six times, colored with my copics and scanned into my Brother to be cut.  It's adhered to the card with an action wobble spring. Paper used is from scraps, cut to size and adhered to white card stock with ribbon added.

My second card was done in the same fashion.  The image was stamped a number of times and colored with copics then cut to size. Added a hint of bling to the sentiment.

Congrats Graduates!

Hello crafters.  Hope everyone had an enjoyable Memorial Day weekend. It's been a minute since I've blogged.  I'm back in school, so my time has been taken up with homework and studying.  So, I probably won't be creating as much as I'd like.  Anyway, I wanted to share a few graduation cards I made over the weekend.  All the graduates this year are male and it's not as easy doing masculine cards. But I came up with a few ideas!

Sibling Love

Hello crafters!  Hope everyone had a nice weekend.  The days are getting longer and warming up nicely here in Ohio.

I wanted to share a couple of scrapbook pages I did over the weekend.  Now I don't do layouts that often, for some reason, I feel intimidated when it comes to creating pages, can't figure it out! But here goes...

I've been meaning to do something with this beautiful b&w photo of my great niece and nephew.  I've had it for so long and they have grown so much as you will see in this next layout! Had the background paper in my stash and really liked the turquoise color so just used some scraps and embellishments.

Owen and Camille are two and four now! My how time flies...I wish I could spend more time with them, but they live in California.  For this layout I used some scraps I had laying around as well.  Turned out pretty good I think!

True friends remember your birthday...not your age!

Hello crafters.  Hope you are enjoying this Easter weekend.  Weather is cool, but sunny.  Going to craft a little today as well as prepare my menu for Easter dinner.

I have another birthday card to share with you today. One of my best friends celebrated her birthday on April Fool's Day.  For her, it was a milestone that she's not ready to handle.  I thought I'd make a sweet little card not even mentioning what year it is...cause true friends remember your birthday, not your age!!!!

Stamped 3 flower images on white cardstock and fussy cut 3 more.  Added pearl embellishments and embossed the background.  Image is from Stamps of Life.

Happy Birthday Brother!

Hi crafters! Weather in Ohio is so crazy.  Sunday was 80 degrees and then it snowed on Tuesday...how crazy is that! One of these days it's going to get warm and stay.

Today I want to share a belated birthday card I made for one of my brothers.  I'm usually good about family birthdays, but life got in the way and it slipped by!

Paper used is by Bo Bunny.  I forgot where I got the camera image! Die-cuts by Spellbinders.

Thanks for stopping by and visiting...I appreciate them all.
